Sheerin Construction collaborated with Kelliher Miller Architects on this outstanding home renovation project in Foxrock in 2010. With a complete Refurbishment and extension at ground floor level this project shows more of what Sheerin Construction can do for you.

The existing house was upgraded and extended with a one and a half story triple glazed extension to rear maximizing daylight. The extension flows between kitchen and dining.

Zinc cladding, External insulation, Rain Water harvesting, Underfloor heating, Audio visual system and an air tight highly energy efficient home is the result. The Building Energy Rating (BER) of the house was improved from a G rating to a B2 rating.
