The project brief was to extend this 4 bedroomed semi-detached house in Dublin in order to provide a new kitchen extension, attic conversion, living space, home office, family room with home cinema and bathrooms renovated to a high standard. The visual appearance is now of a modernised and new contemporary home.

The large kitchen now opens up into a spacious dining area located in the rear extension; new roof windows inject natural light from above to bring the sun into the kitchen and living room for almost the entire day.
