• Once we receive your drawings a site visit by one of our staff is arranged with you. The visit will help verify site conditions and obtain all necessary information to ensure accuracy and detect if there are any discrepancies. This is very important to avoid contract variations.

• We will provide a fixed price quotation and detailed specification listing materials, finishes and actual work to be carried out, taking into consideration any items supplied by yourself. There is no second-guessing as to what is included in our quotation and what is not. We believe you should know the total cost of your project before you commence it!
